In this 9 years duration many chest x ray of mine have been taken due to various reason ( like full body check-up or instructed by doctor) but every time report was normal. Now I got a job opportunity in Qatar and go for the medical check up this time my x ray report was not normal. It was written on report "Small opacities detected on upper and middle portion". I am able able to understand this .

Please help me.

Brief Answer:
It may be related to past infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests presence of fibro-calcified lesion in right upper and mid zone and left upper zone of lung.
It may be related to past infection.

Fibrosis and calcification are sequel of past infection and this condition doesn't require any treatment.
Infection normally heals by calcification and fibrosis. This is normal healing process.

Thank you doctor for your valuable answer.

As I am going abroad on visit visa so this time it will not be a problem for me.

But for future I just want to clarify few points.

1. Does the scars in the X Ray, I have attached prove that I do not have "An Active TB infection" and does not require any treatment ?

2. How bad the level (size) of scars are ? (eg. 1. very bad 2. medium 3. Very small but can be seen in X ray. ( It will help me to argue for my future abroad visit).

3. If these scar does not prove the activeness of TB then Should I go for any other test to find it. (because for middle east my TB should not be active in any case, This is the only point I can argue on.)

4. Is there any treatment to hide (heal) these scars from X ray ?
