Brief Answer:
It may be due to vitamin B12 deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
I have gone through your all reports.
Your liver function tests, kidney function tests, thyroid function test, lipid profile, iron study and sugar all are normal.

You have high mcv which suggests increase in size of rbc ( macrocytic).

It is commonly seen in vitamin B12 deficiency.

So its not a big worry.

You should go for vitamin B12 level. If its comes low then you should take vitamin B12 supplements. You can take oral supplements like tablet neurobione forte or injectable supplements like vitcofol injection.

So go for vitamin B12 level and take supplements accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
