What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: I have pain at particular point on right last ribs..
I showed tp doctor who took x ray of ribs and vertical column.
Came to conclusion of acute mucle spasm..
Given medicine called myospazm ,shelcal and rantac, with oinment called densaid..

But still.no relief .. pls suggest

if the X-rays show no bone damage then muscle spasm is a likely cause of pain. The medicines you have been given are correct but it takes 2-3 days to show an effect. For earlier relief you can do a hot compress in the area and then apply the ointment prescribed.

Thanks doc.. its working.. but when i stand to go to toliet or get up from bed it started paining like somebody injecting pin..
How to get ride from this..
