What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: What does this mean from a chest X-ray? Clearly aerated with a hyperinflated inspiratory level. Normal size heart, pulmonary vessels are normal siz. No evidence of any pleural fluid. A pneumothorax is not identified. A single BB is identified laterally adjacent to the lateral 7 th and 8 th rib. A displaced rib fracture is not identified. I went in because I was hurt at the chiropractor and was thinking I had a cracked rib.
