What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Trying to understand ct results. Had reflux as a child surgically corrected but lots of scar tissue and chronic stones and infections. But the test is new. There is a low-attenuation focus in the
lower pole of the right kidney, incompletely characterized on this
study. The smaller low-attenuation focus seen on the prior contrast
enhanced study is not definitively identified. There are focal areas
of renal parenchymal thinning bilaterally, right greater than left.
