What Does This CT Scan And EKG Report Indicate?
Question: had a pain in left eye then blood in corner of eye .was treated 2weeks ago for a fall tripped hit left side of head was given cat scan egg ekg then cleared .

The presence of blood in the eye is most common related to subconjunctival hemorrhage which is bleeding under the conjunctiva ( a thin lining over the eye).
This however is usually painless though pain can rarely occur. It can be spontaneous (occurring with no obvious cause).
In most cases, these resolve with only monitoring and treatment of any co existing dry eyes.
The other possible cause is hyphema. This can be associated with pain.
It is bleeding in the anterior chamber of the eye.
It can be due to trauma though it is normally directly after but this can vary.
The only way to correctly determine which is present would be to visit your doctor for assessment.
By examining the eye, he or she would be able to diagnose the source of the blood and initiate treatment.
