Brief Answer:
Needs 3D scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The brain of the baby has tissues and fluid surrounding it. A prominent cisterna magna and right lateral ventricle means the fluid amount is abnormally increased ( ventriculomegaly ).
This fluid compresses surrounding brain tissue, thus leading to abnormal mental development.
If this is mild, then after birth, shunts can be placed to drain excess fluid.
If it is severe, then more than 50 % of babies are born handicapped with this finding.
Also, it can cause structural developmental abnormalities in the brain ( upto 20 % have associated other system abnormalities also - part of a widespread chromosomal disorder ).
So, it is best to go for a level II scan at a higher center to detect the extent of anomaly so that if the anomaly is a major one then termination of pregnancy may be considered.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
3D scan is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Going for ultrasound at another clinic will also give a similar report. The conclusive decision regarding continuation of pregnancy can be taken only after a 3D scan. The necessity of 3D scan cannot be substituted by a scan from another ultrasound center.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
