Brief Answer:
Semen infection possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about semen analysis.

Agglutination suggest possible infection. This infection leads to agglutination of semen. Semen culture and sensitivity test is required. This will tell which is the organism causing infection and agglutination.

Moreover the morphology of sperms is not mentioned. Morphology seems abnormal which the lab needs to clarify.
