Brief Answer:
if you have complete acl tear surgery will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
If there is complete Acl tear arthroscopic repair will help.
complete tear can be confirmed by clinical examination.
If you are active physically then acl repair will help you.
Acl may heal with out operation also, but it may take longer time and may heal partially.
You should wait for surgery for 3weeks to do pre operative physiotherapy and allow edema to heal.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Arthoscopic ACL ligament reconstruction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Repair means arthroscopic ACL ligament reconstruction by surgery.

Jogging and ridding bike means you are active physically.

ACL may heal with out operation also, but it may take longer time and may heal partially. And you may not get knee stability perfectly as it was before injury.

Knee support like knee cap or hinged knee brace will be helpful,

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
