The attached bera report shows absence of response at lower frequencies with response at 90 db. There is profound hearihearing loss. The other ear is fine. You should get the child examined for any congenital abnormalities or syndromes. The ear can be taken up for cochlear implant.

The child is having just one functional ear but on the other hand it is good that at least other ear is working, it won't affect the child's development. My advice is you should get the complete examination of the child done. You can discuss the options for surgery.
