What Does Severe Itching On The Body During Pregnancy Indicate?
Question: Hi Team,
My wife is 8th month pregnant as of today. She is having severe itching on entire body.
Right now I am using Palmars Cocoa butter and Lactocalimine lotion.
Even after using she is having severe itching. How can this be avoided?
Is there any reason for itching?
Is it harmful for baby?
I saw some blogs mentioning early changes of delivery. Is this correct?

Hello and welcome to HCM. Thanks for writing in to us with your health query. It is not abnormal to have itching in pregnancy. There will be no harm to the baby. I will advise her to get her Liver function test, till then she can take Tab cetrizine 5mg twice a day.
