Brief Answer:
There is a small calculus(stone) in mid-lower pole of left kidney

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Ultrasound major finding suggests small calculus in mid-lower pole of left kidney.
It is good that there is no hydronephrosis in left kidney, this shows non obstructive nature of renal calculus.

Other findings are normal.Right kidney is normal in size. There is no calculus or hydronephrosis noted in right kidney.

Both kidneys are normal in size without any mass etc.

Urine analysis findings are almost normal.

In short, major concern is small calculus in mid-lower pole of left kidney without obstructive features.
Since it is small in size,it is expected to be flushed out from kidney.
You should drink plenty of water.
Some patient may need calculus dissolving drugs after clinical evaluation.
You may need urologist opinion.

Brief Answer:
Bleeding depend upon position of calculus.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Bleeding depend upon position of calculus.Probably it is in contact of some bleeding source. This is not a very serious finding.
You should consult urologist. Initially you may be prescribed syrup(potassium and magnesium citrate)which helps in dissolving calculus.
