Brief Answer:
Need serial ultrasonography

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I understand your anxiety about the issue and would like elaborate on the findings.
The ultrasound findings in your case are suggestive of some obstruction at the level of urinary tract which is causing echogenic kidneys and dialated renal pelvis.
This obstruction finding is seen in around 2-3% of cases and get corrected in most cases by themselves.
But we will have to follow it serially via ultrasound in order to see its course whether resolving or not.
In around 0.3-0.5% cases this can progress and cause decreased water in the water bag and thus profound problems to baby and God that baby may need surgery after delivery.
I know this is very sad to bear but hope for the best and keep a regular follow up with your radiologist.
All the best.
