Brief Answer:
You can expect the stones to pass down spontaneously .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your ultrasound Scanning has revealed obstructive uropathy on Right Side due to impacted calculus of a size of 6.6 mm in Rt distal ureter and Multiple non obstructing calculi of size of approximately 5 mm in your left kidney.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have severe pain in abdomen especially in Right loin ?
2) Do you have fever with chills ?
3) Do you have vomiting very recently?

Treatment for urinary stones is decided on severity of symptoms .

It is the Rt Ureteric stone that is important to be treated as it is causing obstruction to the flow of urine from Rt kidney down into bladder and may damage your RT.kidney .

If the pain is tolerable you can certainly wait and expect to pass down this stone spontaneously.with following treatment .
1) Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin twice daily
2) Tomsulosin once daily
3) Drotaverine twice daily .
4) Anti spamodics like Cyclopam twice daily
5) Drink more water to produce more urine this will help to flush out the stone quickly.

With this treatment it should pass out within a week .If it fails to pass out and your symptoms like pain and vomiting continues you may need it to be removed or fragmented by an endoscopic procedure of URS .

As regards stones on Left side they can be expected to pass down with same treatment or by fragmenting the stones by a procedure called Extra Corporeal Lithotripsy(E.S.W.L) .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
