Hello

Your ultrasound finding suggests enlarged uterus with fibroids.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its treatment depend upon many things like age, symptoms, family is completed or not.
Fibroid can be managed by conservative means or by surgery.
It need proper evaluation.
You need evaluation by a gynecologist.

Findings also suggests increased endometrial thickness.
Endometrial thickening may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
It is important to exclude malignancy due to your age.
I advise for endometrial biopsy in such findings. This is the best way to detect pathology.

Simple ovarian cysts generally require follow up only.It is important to know its size. You may need ovarian tumour markers if size is large.
