What Does My Sonography Test Result Indicate?

Question: Hi my wife is 19 + 4weeks pregnant. Her sonography report say placenta is grade 1,posterior, lower edge reaching up to internal os what does it means as our doctor said that the baby has come a little low. and if bleeding start please come immediately.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached report. The baby is normal. Grade I maturity of placenta is normal. The low grade of placenta reaching upto the os is not worrisome. As the pregnancy progresses, the placenta gradually moved upwards. The chances of bleeding are low. But in case she does a heavy work and mild bleeding happens then do consult her gynecologist.
