Question: I am attaching my spouse physical health checkup report , please let me know about any abnormality and what action/medicines/supplements I need to take to overcome deficiency/risk factors.

I have reviewed the attached reports of your wife.

Levels of AST , MCH and creatinine are mildly deranged. Need not worry much.

Serum Ferritin is less so Iron supplements are suggested. She can take Tab. Orofer XT or Syr. Orofer XT.

Any issue do follow up.
