However, as I have not done a physical exam on you, I cannot say for sure what all can be suspected in your case. It again depends on the type of myelocytes like neutrophil myelocytes, eosinophil myelocytes or basophil myelocytes. It is better to get an advise from a Hematologist who is specialized in these kind of problems. I am not sure why your doctor was not concerned with results. Even if he is not concerned about Myelocytes, promyelocytes, there are other things like elevated neutrophils etc that should get some attention. Take Care!
