Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I m Dr Hardik Sanghvi, pathologist, answering your query.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your WBC count is slightly high. Your urine analysis report and stool analysis report is completely normal. Slightly high wbc count may be seen in many normal person without any disease. Even exercise can increase wbc count. If you don't have any symptoms then no need to worry at all. Just be relaxed.
No any treatment is required. If you have any symptoms then tell me about that.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer you again.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Slight abdominal discomfort due to digestive problems doesn't required any treatment. Your leukocytosis has no relation with that. Take light food. Avoid oily and spicy food for two to three days. You will be ok. No need to worry. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
