Brief Answer:
Likely to be age related

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Clarification in area of thyroid gland is age related. If there is no associated enlargement of thyroid gland , thyroid profile is normal and serum calcium level is normal then there is no cause for concern.

Do send me clinical photograph of X ray for detailed opinion.

Take Care'
