Brief Answer:
Depends on your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
See, first of all you need to understand what is widal test. It is actually an antibody response to the infection of the organism Salmonella Typhi causing typhoid fever.
These anti bodies persists for long if once formed.
So repeated test of widal is positive misleading that a person has typhoid fever.
The titres you have are significant for the diagnosis of Typhoid. However only the rising titres are important.
You should understand that once you have got the typhoid fever , the widal test may remain positive for up to 6 months or more even after your recovery.
So, widal test is not at all a test used for monitoring of the typhoid recovery.
In case you have persistent fever, then you require treatment else you don't.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
