Brief Answer:
its low lying but away enough from os, so no problems..explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic
I have gone through the anomaly /level 2 scan report.
The baby is growing well and corresponding to the period of gestation.
The only concern about low lying placenta , which is mentioned is understandable. The good part is even though it is low lying , but 2.6 cms away from the cervical opening which is a fair distance and can not be categorized as Placenta previa.

Also with further growth due to enlargement of uterus the placenta would further grow farther above , away from the internal os. The critical distance from os is 2.5cm at the 3rd trimester. As this is just your 23rd week, there is no cause of concern for any bleeding due to placenta previa in future or complications due to placenta previa during delivery.
It is a normal scan and you need not worry due to the low lying condition of the placenta. A repeat scan after 6 weeks will show you placenta further away. Rest assured.

wishing you safe pregnancy,
regards,

Brief Answer:
yes , you may travel, ...explained

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.
Yes in second trimester , with no placenta preavia you can travel with flight. But do watch your steps over escalators and stairs and prefer the exit or the front seat to allow stretching of legs.

rest there are no restrictions in second trimester,

Brief Answer:
its safe to travel ....

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.

It is safe for you to travel for upto 34th week of your pregnancy as as Placenta praevia is ruled out , the chances of accidental bleeding or hemorrhage is negated.
The stopover and flight journey should not be a problem at all. You can travel safely.
