Brief Answer:
USG findings may indicate malrotated right kidney with fused kidneys.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

USG findings may indicate malrotated right kidney with fused kidneys at lower pole. This is a congenital anomoly. This may be the reason for mild hydro-ureteronephrosis as malrotated kidneys are prone to obstruction.
You may need CT scan or IVP(intravenous pyelography) for detailed evaluation.

Findings also indicate enlarged prostate. You are taking right medicines. You may need PSA estimation to rule out malignancy.

You should use anti-diabetes medicines regularly. It is good that it is under control.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Thanks Dr XXXXXXX Bhusan for your timely reply. I forgot to inform you that I got the other tests also as per local practitioner advice today. The report says HbA1c=6.2;
Blood urea 27;Creatinin 1.0;Uric acid 6.2;Spot urine for protein 7mg/dl; PSA test is
0.94.Please advice me what will be the outcome. Whether I need medicines or any surgery for cure. I will go for CT test as advice by you soon and will send the report.
Another doubt is I go daily to gym for cardio(Threadmill)workout for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of moderate weight training to keep my diabetes in check as advised by others. Please advice whether this weight training in any way aggravate my kidney condition. Thanks.

Your reports are almost within normal limit.
You can continue medicines.
PSA is also within normal limit.
If you don't have much urinary symptoms then prostate surgery may be avoided,it need evaluation by a urologist.

It is good that you are physically active,it will not damage your kidneys,in fact it is good for overall health.
