Brief Answer:
You may have Kienbock disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After studying your MRI report there is n doubt that you have Kienbock disease. Your x rays also shows that there is negative ulnar variance. Which explain why you have this disease. Now I have following suggestions.
1.If your pain is very severe and you are having difficulty in day to day activities then you can go for surgery. There is a procedure called Radial shortening osteotomy. In this condition radius bone is cut to match with ulna. It cures negative variance and this leads to prevention of further damage to Lunate. It is effective in your case.
2.If pain is mild and you can tolerate this without affecting your lifestyle then you can wait and watch for some time. But I think sooner or latter you will need surgery.
At the time of surgery your doctor can also do wrist arthroscopy and debride your TFCC repair if he thinks it is needed.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
