Brief Answer:
Get examined and investigated under a neurologist or neurosurgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Raised prolactin levels needs to be evaluated for pituitary tumor.
Other cause may be medications like levosulpiride, antipsychotic drugs .
Is there any vision loss, headache, vomiting, other hormonal imbalance.
The pituitary tumor can grow in 3 years and needs to be evaluated.
Mri may be repeated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

About once a month I experience almost a full vision loss lasting 45 min-an hour. It starts off as a blurry "tunnel vision" and the only thing that seems to remedy it is laying down with eyes closed for about an hour. There is no major headache or dizziness accompanying these episodes.
