Question: Have what looks like a pocket of blood just below penis tip, it is puffy light red. got this morning. Will it go away by it self or do I need to see a Doctor about this. 60 yr. Health / Have Type 2 D. ,High Blood P. 300 Lbs. 6 ft. / 1 in. Have a slow growing Aortic Annurism had a CT. scan on it yesterday, See Heart doctor on 19th. Thanks

Since have health issues have ED so was using a penis pump this morning and it made this red ring about 2/3 the way around penis below tip (head ) it is medium red and skin is puffed up larger than tip know it is blood or some fluid under skin.

Hi,

This is a blister caused by the ring. Most likely, this ring didn’t fit well or was too tight. I'd recommend you suspend all sexual activities for the time being (including masturbation) and allow for full healing before engaging into this again.

Always keep it cleanse by cleansing with an antiseptic such as iodine. Avoid tight-fitting and airtight underwears at this time to allow for quick healing.
