Suggest Treatment For A Large Blister On The Penis Shaft

Question: Hello, I was recently using a penis hydro pump in the shower with warm water. After using it for over 10 minutes I released the pressure and then massaged my penis with mineral oil in continuous warm water then noticed a large blister on the shaft of my penis close to the head. What can I do to treat it?
