Brief Answer:
Further evaluation will be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. Intraventricular block can be in various types like _Right bundle branch block
– Left bundle branch block
– anteriour hemi-block
– posterior hemi-block
– bifascicular block
Mild right bundle block is present in some percent of population and it is considered normal. In such case treatment is not necessary if there is no symptoms. Other causes like structural problems with heart or electrolyte disturbance should be excluded. Echocardiography should be done and serum electrolytes should be checked. In case of any underlying disorders found that should be treated which will help to get rid of this.
Sinus tachycardia is increase in rate of impulses arise from sinus node. It can also occur in hyperthyroidism. So thyroid profile also should be checked.
Escitalopram and clonazepam helps in anxiety related symptoms. Some dysrhythmias can occur like that also.So you can take a short course of that according to your treating doctor's advise.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
