I have shown ultrasound report to a doctor who advised me for CT scan and from his language in which he was explaining has turned me panic. I have fully controlled sugar and besides there is no Blood Pressure noticed by doctor for the last 15 yrs.. Kindly suggest me whether it is risky and what should I do for its treatment.3 months earlier i have got checked my 24 hrs urine where in protein was 1200 but now after taking precaution and diet chart now it is 0.55 in the latest report.. I am not feeling any weakness neither lazyness....

Brief Answer:
Contrast CT Scan of abdomen should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your findings in detail.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.

Ultrasonography(USG) report suggests a mass lesion in lower pole of right kidney. It may be due to both benign or malignant reasons. It is too early to conclude any thing from ultrasonography report.

Mass lesion in kidney should be taken seriously due to your age group.

CT scan of abdomen should be done for further assessment. It will help in better characterization of lesion.CT scan can differentiate between benign or malignant cause.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.
