Brief Answer:
It indicate increased lysis of RBC.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests raised indirect bilirubin. It indicate increased lysis of RBC and this may be seen in hemolytic anemia, trauma with accumulation of blood, genetic causes(like Gilbert's syndrome) etc.
You may need further investigations like routine hemogram, complete liver function test(including SGPT,alkaline phosphatase),ultrasound of abdomen.

This is not a very alarming situation.
Proper treatment depend upon full investigation reports.
You may need further tests like nicotinic acid test, phenobarbital test etc to exclude Gilbert's syndrome.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
