Brief Answer:
These explains an unhealed fracture

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXwelcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.

From the x-ray description, the patient is having an unhealed fracture of distal radius(colle's fractur),along with an unhealed fracture of the ulnar styloid.

I think, the patient is an elder, who had a fall on his outstretched arm. This is usually managed by closed reduction and immobilization for a few weeks.Maintaining immobilization as advised is the most important precuation to be taken.
I can give a better idea if you give me the following details.
1)Age and sex of the patient?
2)Does he is having any medical illness? Is he bed ridden?
3)what was the accident, and when it was?Is the area swollen/painful?
4)Had he undergone any treatment for this? If,what?
5)What was the time interval between accidentand the x-ray ?
6)If you have a digital copy,please upload x-rays.
I will be happy to answer any further questions.Thank you.
