Brief Answer:
Non serious MRI changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query,MRI report and understand your concern. The changes described are of non serious nature. There is rubbing of spinal cord in the front by disc tissue known as effacement/efface,this is insignificant ,if patient do not have symptoms like radiating pain in arms.
Hope this answers your query and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Regards
