Brief Answer:
This looks a benign mole; would like to rule out a bruise..

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the Images.

First of all I would like to rule out a traumatic bruise. Do you remember any history of local trauma at this site? Any pain at this site?
A bruise would resolve within a few days (usually within 2 weeks)..

The other possibility is of course that it is a Mole. This looks very well defined, symmetric, uniform colored, flat, No ulceration etc and looks benign at present...

I would like to know from you... whether you notice any change in it from what it was before?
How long has it been present?

Not all moles would turn into melanomas...

However if you feel any change in Size, Shape/ Symmetry, Blurring of margins, Color variegation, Ulceration Or becomes Bumpy etc..these are features that suggest a transition to a melanoma and you should watch out for.

Brief Answer:
I suggest you to observe it for 2-3 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Could very well be a bruise. Just observe it for another 2-3 weeks. A bruise should resolve by then.
If it does'nt resolve by another 2-3 weeks it may need to be biopsied because it has appeared in such a short time.
