Nothing should be done regarding ejection fraction

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

You have very good ejection fraction. So nothing to be done concerning to this.
Your only problem is aortic regurgitation. If you have such complaints as breathlessness during exercise I would advise you to undergo transesophageal echocardiography and then discuss the possibility of correction of valve problem with cardiac surgeon.
