What do these lab reports indicate?
Question: My wife aged 37 has been complaining of pain in her right knee since a few months.she has a low vitamin d level ,we also did a test to check for auto immune disease,anti nuclear test which is positive!
I also got an xray done on her left knee,plz suggest treatment,reports are attached!

I have seen all the attached reports. The knee joint does not show any degenerative changes. The constant pain in only one knee can be due to stress related minor capsular inflammation or a soft tissue inflammation. Any structural abnormality can be diagnosed after an MRI scan. An autoimmune problem is also likely due to positive ANA.
You can start with mild pain killers calcium and D3 supplements rest hot compress and elastic knee support and see if all these measures are helpful. In case the pain persists then do consult a rheumatologist or an orthopedician after an MRI scan.
