Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic

The risk Down syndrome is increased in case nasal bone is absent but in your case dual test and nuchal translucency is normal so you can wait for nasal bone to appear and also till anomaly scan at 16 weeks.

If that comes Normal then nothing to worry
But in case anomaly scan at 16 weeks comes abnormal then there is no choice but to go on with amniocentesis for further evaluation and surety
