Brief Answer:
Anemia, low sodium and excess protein in urine may indicate renal problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings may suggest mildly raised urine protein(proteinuria) and WBC count, low hemoglobin and sodium level.

You may need clinical examination and investigations like random blood sugar, renal function test, liver function test, lipid profile,24 hour protein excretion in urine, ultrasound of abdomen.

Mildly raised WBC count may be related to infection. It need proper evaluation.
You may need antibiotics.

Mild anemia may need iron, zinc and folic acid tablet supplementation.Eat iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, dates etc.

Low sodium also need clinical correlation. It may be due to many causes like excess fluid in body, medications, renal problem etc.Mild cases can be managed by electrolyte intake.

Anemia, low sodium and excess protein in urine may indicate renal problem. You may need proper checkup.
