Brief Answer:
New onset Diabetes with Urinary infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Went through your father's test results & current prescription.
He has Diabetes with Urinary infection with Dyslipidemia (abnormal cholesterol levels).

Considering his clinical status he has been started on one of the appropriate combination of medicines (antidiabetic medicines with antibiotic & medicines for cholesterol control) by his doctor.

I may suggest to follow his doctor as advised by him regularly.

Considering his high blood sugar levels & active infection, he may require insulin for rapid control of blood sugar levels and infection if blood sugar are not controlled with current combination.

Also considering his age, high blood sugar levels & presence of urinary infection I may suggest to do urine culture and sensitivity testing and Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis for kidneys.

Hope this helps.
