Prehypertensive stage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query!

Blood pressure has been classified into five categories according to JACC.

Normal blood pressure < 120/80 mmhg
the pre-hypertensive stage is 120-139/80-89 mmhg
grade 1 (mild ) is 140-159/90-99 mmhg
grade 2 (moderate ) is 160-179/100-109 mmhg
above that range, is severe hypertension.
She falls in prehypertensive stage which ios fully reversible by lifestyle modification.
Ask her to take a brisk walk daily and do exercise for 30 minutes.
Avoid fatty and fast food.
Take lots of fruits vegetables and anti oxidants.

No medicine is required till systolic is more trhen 140mm of hg.
Try modificatory changes for 3 months.
