Brief Answer:
I have seen the picture.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
I have seen the picture.
Since there is no irritation or itching, it may be small petechial bleeding spots due to Ecosprin.
Stop Ecosprin for a week and see whether they go away.

If they don't, consult your doctor to rule out a reaction to Istamet or Erytel.

Hi Could it be an allergy? Since I am taking Istamet/Eritel and Ecosprin for more than 2 years now and never faced this problem? Can I take some antibiotic?

Brief Answer:
Yes it could be an allergy too--but it is likely to itch

Detailed Answer:
Yes it could be an allergy too--but it is likely to itch which you do not have.
Since you have been taking Istamet and Eritel for two years, let us first try to stop ecosprin for a few days.
If it does not improve, we will think of other causes--Regards
