Brief Answer:
penile bumps

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.

You recently engaged in sexual contact with your partner and you found red bump on the head of your penis. This bumps could be related to early herpes infection. If these bumps develop into blisters and are painful then you may have herpes and should be seen right away.

The bumps could also just be glands that are more pronounced and are normal. These are not associated with hygiene. You can use a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone to help reduce the bumps
