What Do My Scan Test Results Indicate?

Question: WANT TO CONCEIVE
Follicular study on day 10
RT ovary-size normal, multiple follicles of size 5-6mm
same with left ovary
endometrial thickness- 6.9 mm
No free fluid... Is this normal

From your scan report I presume that you are having PCOD.That may be the reason for multiple follicles around 5 mm in each ovary.
I think you should be discussing with your fertility doctor and further treatment should be taken for ovulation induction.

But my body never showed any symptoms..I have very regular periods, never skipped a month, normal bleed and very mild pain during periods..
Trying to conceive from the last 8 months and now went to gyno who advised follicular study..What should be my next step..please suggest

By scan alone we can't diagnose PCOD.we need to examine you .
Even if your cycles are regular there can be polycystic desease.
It is a good decision to go ahead with follicular study.That will help us to confirm follicular development and ovulation.Timed intercourse can be tried during ovulation.
Mean while get your husbands semen analysis.
