Brief Answer:
All are OK. You should not be worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

For diabetes you are on right medicines.
In case of any rapid weight gain or swelling over legs report your treating doctor (Pioglit may be the cause for that).

Tab Remistar help in protection of kidney from ill effects of diabetes & blood pressure.
Tab Aztor (Atorvastatin) will take care of lipids & also help in protection of blood vessels.

Serum creatinine of 1.08 is within acceptable limit.
eGFR is more reliable marker of kidney function rather than creatinine alone.
eGFR depends upon age, weight, serum creatinine & gender.
Good diabetes and blood pressure control avoidance of nephrotoxic drugs (like pain killer) will help in protection of kidney function.

Regarding blood sugar control.
HbA1c of 7 denotes good diabetes control.
(Though it need to be correlated with previous HbA1c & duration of diabetes).
HbA1c is more reliable indicator of blood sugar control than fasting & post-prandial blood sugar levels.
You should not be worried regarding one reading of fasting blood sugar of 150.

Hope this helps you.
