I've reviewed all the reports and majority of them are within normal range..

However, I can see that she's having severe Vit D3 deficiency along with Vitamin B12 deficiency.. this needs immediate medical attention and examination as it's an early pregnancy and it's really important that these deficiencies get corrected timely to avoid any complication of the fetus(low birth weight, neonatal ricket and few others)..

Good thing is the thyroid function is within normal range only..

Considering the recently detected pregnancy (first few weeks of first trimester), I'd suggest you not to delay any more and immediately visit the Gynecologist for a detailed physical examination and necessary supplementation as per the symptoms and findings (dose can vary as per the severity of symptoms and whether needs parenteral or enteral or both at the same time)..
