I have seen all the attached reports. These are suggestive of age related osteoporosis.
Right now if there is not much joint or bone pain then she can start with calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements. With these supplements further bone resorption can be retarded.
If she has some pain then treatment options include pain killers, hot fomentation, lubricating agents like glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin , dycerin, etc and some life style modifications and physiotherapy.
It is best to consult her orthopedician who after a physical assessment of severity of symptoms can prescribe the best treatment for her.
