What Do My CT And MRI Scan Reports Indicate?

Question: fist time got fit attack for approx 2 minutes was unconscious,on Ct scan a lesion was detected in the left parafalcine region measuring 17*17*16 mm..attching th CT an and MRI report.

I have noted the details of symptoms, and CT/MRI reports findings.

I agree with your doctor's opinion.

MRI shows a vascular lesion- due to abnormal blood vessels on the left side of brain. This has caused the fits. It can be removed by operation, as there are no medicines to remove it.

It is better to get it removed by operation, as if left as it is, it can bleed in the brain leading to more problems and also fits in future.

In the meanwhile, medicines (VALPARIN) to prevent fits in future should be continued as at present.
