Brief Answer:
Emergent evaluation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If this is the first episode and it occurred acutely ( Sudden loss of vision ) then you need to be rushed to an E.R near you to evaluate you for a stroke involving the occipital lobe or any retinal pathology if a stroke is ruled out. Try to find a relative or friend to accompany you or call your emergency services helpline if possible.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
