Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You seem to have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on legs and feet. You may use momate cream for the dark spots on hands and feet.
For underarms I suggest you to use Litearm cream (contains glycolic acid), twice daily. It is specifically for dark underarms.
For tanning on face you may use a broad spectrum sunscreem throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours. At night you may use Photoscreen Depigment cream on face (contains glycolic acid 3% and azaleic acid 12% which are skin lightening agents)

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Photoscreen Depigment Cream (by Ducray). Use it at night on face.

The spots on legs are quite dark. For them to fade it may take 2-3 months of twice daily application of Momate cream
