Brief Answer:
Could be due to prostatitis. Visit a doctor at the earliest.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The bleeding could be due to prostatitis which needs to be ruled out. Prostatitis can be common at your age and may require treatment with antibiotics. I would insist you to visit a doctor to get yourself evaluated.

A direct connection with the masturbation might not be present. In case of urethral rupture due to intense/forceful movements during, the bleeding would not tend to stop. So, I find it a bit unlikely.
