Question: I have a discharge on my face around nose and primarily chin that is sticky and can be yellowish in color when wet and bumps appear that are not acne

it is not oozing it is like a film over an area then a bump like pimple has appeared no longer have the sticky film to take picture of I do still have pimple like bumps they are around hair follicle area on chin the nose area was around the nostrils and caused a scab like in nose that was loosened with water and they do not itch when I scratched the area it was like popping small eggs with grains of salt.
mine does not look like pics it is not a rash more like pimples and Vicks on face seems to help.
the initial film was clear and almost sticky it had to be scraped off.

In addition to that, I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g: Either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin, thrice daily, for a week.
